Applicants are required to
complete
the following documents and email them directly to ydsbridgeport@gmail.com .
The
applications are reviewed, and applicants notified by June 30, 2016.
Applicants
who do not send in the complete application documents are not reviewed.
Applicants who cannot attend the entire camp are placed on a waiting
list and
are accepted only if space allows. Please apply as soon as
possible—applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Space
is limited to 10 participants.
Students who wish to apply
must
submit:

one-page essay telling us why you would like to attend this program and
what
are your expectations (in your own words, with your signature at the
bottom)

Acceptance Procedure |
|
After the
deadline, we evaluate all applications and determine which students are
accepted. Acceptance/non-acceptance notification will be provided by
email by
June 30, 2016. Students who apply after the deadline will be
wait-listed. Accepted
students receive the acceptance letter, instructions on where to find
and
download all required materials and forms.
