CpE348D/CpE448D - Introduction to VLSI Design
Catalog Data:
Design, testing and verification of Very Large Scale Integrated circuits.
Basic topological structure of ICs. Clocking characteristics. Design methodology
and use of software tools. Term project will include the design and testing
of a custome integrated circuit.
Goals:
The course is intended to teach VLSI design by completing the design
and fabrication of a digital VLSI system.
