Concurrent Design and Manufacturing: A Technical Case Study

In this work, we disseminate URK (The Utah Robot Kit) to internet users through the World Wide Web. The URK project has been recently completed in the Department of Computer Science , University of Utah. The URK project has been a case study in computer-aided prototyping using object oriented techniques with Alpha_1 (CIDAM project, N00014-92-J-4113) to achieve concurrent design and manufacturing.

In this www document we identify and point out to our efforts in:

• The URK Case Study.

The user is encouraged to navigate through the various documents and retrieve reports, papers, videos, and part layouts from our various prototyping projects.
