Thermal Management of Electronics Devices and Equipments

As electronics devices continue to increase functionality and decrease size at the same time, thermal management becomes necessary in the design of an electronic device. CFD simulation has been used to design efficient heat removal paths for electronics devices at package, board, and system levels. Projects are conducted on CFD simulations of cooling electronic devices and systems.
